As the Coronavirus situation continues to be a rapidly evolving situation, we wanted to reach out again and communicate with you, our loyal friends and clients.
Our #1 priority is the health and safety of our team, our clients and our family. By following the recommendations of the CDC and WHO, as well as our local, state, US government and public health agencies, we are confident that our store environment is as safe and sanitized as possible.
We are open as usual and practicing social distancing in the store. We are also implementing the following measures if shopping remotely is your preferred method:
- Use our “Ascot Select” where we send digital photos, videos or use Facetime to show you our outstanding Spring 20 Collection. Upon your selection, we will send merchandise “on approval” for you to peruse with a return label so you can conveniently return any product hassle free and with no charge.
- We are offering complimentary home/office delivery of any purchase either in person or by FedEx.
- Private shopping available by appointment in-store, before/after hours or in your home/ office.
- Introducing “Ascot Express” where we offer same day tailoring and/or delivery of any type of merchandise when needed.
- We offer gift certificates and gift cards that can be used at a later date if preferred, which can be sent directly to you or the recipient.
