If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase (s), just return the item(s) within 30 days from the date on your receipt. Please make sure the item is accompanied by the original sales receipt and is returned with all the tags and labels still affixed. We do not refund shipping and handling charges, and you are responsible for any shipping fees associated with a return. If you’d like to exchange an item, make sure to include all pertinent information (sizes, colors, etc.) with the exchange. Please make sure shoe boxes are returned in their original condition without postage labels affixed to the shoe box. We do not accept shoes returned without the shoe box. We strongly suggest shipping returned packages through a shipping carrier that is traceable as we are not responsible for returned packages that get lost in transit back to Ascot Shop. Returns will be processed within 2 business days of receiving your return. Individual banks determine when the credit is placed back on your credit card.
